What You Bring

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can translate architectural and structural drawings into buildable, accurate fabrication designs, manage multiple projects, and coordinate effectively with fabrication teams and site personnel. -Able to adapt quickly to changing work types and requirements. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. -Minimum 5+ years’ experience in metal fabrication or construction design. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. -Adapting to a variety of project types, from small bespoke works to large-scale installations. -Strong understanding of sheet metal, weldments, and structural steel detailing. -Proficient in SolidWorks; knowledge of Autodesk Inventor advantageous.
