Overview

Implement and manage FRACAS for railway projects to improve reliability

Tasks

-Track the effectiveness of corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability and availability. -Identify failure trends and perform root cause analyses to propose corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams. -Prepare detailed technical reports and reliability performance indicators, and present findings to clients and project teams. -Set up, configure, and administer the FRACAS process for railway systems and subsystems. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve technical and project-related issues. -Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data from operation and maintenance feedback.

What You Bring

-Fluency in both French and English. -Strong background in reliability engineering. -Leadership skills, team facilitation, and ability to challenge technical assumptions. -Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to summarize complex information. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent). -Minimum 5 years of experience in the railway sector, with solid understanding of rail systems. -Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and FRACAS tools. -Experience in implementing and managing complex processes.
