Tasks

-Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for small to medium-sized projects -Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency -Contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes and tools -Apply earned value, scope control, and change management methodologies -Support the project reporting process and participate in project cost review meetings -Collect and analyze progress data, reviewing performance trends to support decision-making -Assist in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications -Track purchase order and subcontract commitments and expenditures -Analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limitations -Assist in trend analysis and forecasting to optimize project performance -Analyze project financial data and identify potential impacts on project outcomes -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines

What You Bring

-Earned Value Management (EVMS), project trend, contract change and claims. -A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. -Hands on working knowledge of WBS coding structure, cost /schedule variance analysis, -Ability to develop, monitor and control schedules. -Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the Planning / Project Controls field is required. Applicants would ideally have worked on major programs in transport. -Working knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques. -Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6 Project Management Software.
