Overview

Assist guests with check‑in/out, address inquiries/complaints, and manage front desk operations.

Tasks

-Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. -Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. -Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures. -Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements. -Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.

What You Bring

-Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. -Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. -Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. -Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. -Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele. -Computer experience preferred. -High school graduate or equivalent.
