-A Washington Accord-recognised bachelor’s degree or higher -Chartered Professional Engineer (CPENG) or equivalent certification. -Demonstrated ability to mentor design teams, with a focus on capability development and quality assurance -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -15+ years in primary systems design for high voltage substations and transmission systems. -Expertise in substation designs including layouts, equipment specification, and site-specific challenges.
