The Role

Overview

Admin role supporting debt recovery team, handling queries, reporting & relationships

Tasks

-Provide support to other teams and managers as required. -Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement. -Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact. -Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery. -Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings. -Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers. -Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors.

What You Bring

-Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate/advanced level. -Confident problem solver with strong analytical skills. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Previous experience in Credit Control or Debt Recovery is beneficial but not essential. -Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. -Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines. -Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. -Intermediate Excel skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
