Manage onsite office, oversee EPC projects, expand services, coordinate teams in LA

Tasks

-Maintains lasting customer relationships. -Manage, develop, and recruit additional area execution team members -Development of project scopes for proposals -Provides Audubon leadership with customer -Ensures assigned teams deliver superior solutions to customers. -Advocate for expansion of services in areas (Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Automation, etc.) -Oversees on-site execution and management of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities -Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships. -Facilitate regular project status updates and meetings with client -Develops and meets revenue and other financial goals for assigned area. -Coordinate with office PMs and engineering teams to resolve site-specific issues -Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across assigned area. -Addresses and resolves project issues with clients -Provides senior level resolution to customer issues. -Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.

• 5+ years

-Education/ Licensure Preferred: BS Engineering -Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of industry related experience on multi-discipline projects
