Provide Autodesk software support, deployment, and troubleshooting for Civil 3D and InfraWorks.

Tasks

-Provide expert-level problem-solving, identification, and resolution of software issues. -Support company and client standards by reviewing and assisting in the management of templates, prototypes, and resource files. -Conduct occasional in-person office visits as required. -Participate in company-wide software upgrades involving Autodesk and associated programs. -Prepare and execute checklists for Autodesk software installations, version rollouts, upgrades, and associated third-party plug-ins. -Create, distribute, and install software updates and productivity information via email and/or web distribution.

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Experience with Windows OS and Bentley products is a plus. -Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a production and network environment. -Knowledge of Dynamo is a plus. -10± years’ experience in Civil, Infrastructure, Construction, or related fields. -Knowledge of Windows scripting and AutoLISP for automation and customization. -Ability to create Autodesk product installation packets for company-wide deployment. -Familiarity with Autodesk AEC Collection software such as Advance Steel, BIM 360, Desktop Connector, Vehicle Tracking, InfraWorks, Inventor, Navisworks, ReCap Pro, Revit, and 3dsMax. -Experience supporting Autodesk licensing and network environments. -Advanced knowledge of infrastructure industry needs and workflows. -Ability to create customized AutoCAD configuration profiles and Ribbon Menus.
