Support digital records and document control across project lifecycles.

Tasks
-Assist in deploying and maintaining digital records and document control systems in alignment with project requirements and organisational standards. -Support the execution of digitised administrative workflows, including the circulation, tracking, and uploading of project deliverables and communications. -Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documentation in collaboration with originators to verify adherence to naming conventions, version control, and sign-off protocols. -Maintain project record platforms to ensure that all documentation is organised, accessible, and traceable by relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Understanding of document control systems and digital records management. -Typically, a minimum of 2-4 years post-undergraduate experience in Information Management / Document Control. -Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for document management. -Bachelor of Business, Art, Administration or Science or relevant Degree from an accredited University -Familiarity with project documentation standards and workflows.
