Tasks

-Conduct research and specify materials and products. -Develop technical documentation and project materials. -Create workplans and manage team assignments. -Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. -Draft project proposals and manage authorization processes. -Review and manage design and documentation processes. -Navigate regulatory requirements, including code compliance and permitting. -Lead coordination of internal and external teams and facilitate project meetings.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam. -Registered with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the design industry, preferably in multifamily, commercial, or institutional building types. -Experience in project management. -Commercial experience, preferably in housing. -Additional accreditations such as WELL or Passive House are highly valued. -Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. -Ability to navigate construction documents and design development.
