Tasks

-Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media. -Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. -Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. -Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes in coordination with HR operations. -Support employer branding initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. -Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring status reports.

What You Bring

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure industry. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring that Soleos attracts and retains top talent aligned with our business goals. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Strong networking, sourcing, and negotiation skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms. -5–7 years of experience in recruitment (experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure preferred). -Exposure to diverse roles and projects across the solar EPC domain. -Proven track record of closing positions across technical and non-technical domains.
