What You Bring

We are seeking a motivated and experience property development manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in property development and project management. They will be responsible for managing defects rectification works on existing assets. -Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to monitor builder performance. -Singapore citizen or PR only -Minimum 5 years experience in property development or project management. -Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering or project management. -Familiarity with the build process.
