Overview

Manage full lifecycle of large mechanical EPC projects, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety.

Tasks

-Manage project budgets, cost control, and claims/dispute resolution. -Lead complete lifecycle management of mechanical projects (EPC/turnkey). -Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports. -Review contracts, BOQs, and tender documents. -Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution. -Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement -Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations. -Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. -Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc.). -Lead, guide, and mentor project engineers and site teams.

What You Bring

-Large-scale experience in Power Plants / Oil & Gas / EPC Projects. -Knowledge of Current Market dynamics for pricing would be added advantage. -Prior Experience of Green Hydrogen / Ammonia and derivative projects would be preferred. -Hands-on exposure to mechanical erection, commissioning, fabrication, and maintenance projects.
