Tasks

-Collaborates across teams with campaign managers, product managers, external agencies, vendors, and partners to drive go-to-market strategy and lead generation across acquisition, upsell and retention streams and coordinate strategically. Works with Power, Gas, and Solutions offerings to determine best way to cross promote to customers. -Works across multiple divisions as a strategic marketing leader and partner to achieve company growth and EBIT goals and create a stronger network of communication and support. -Provides marketing expertise and decision-making for new product development, to include branding, positioning and naming, product design and market-fit, target audience, competitive analysis, and appropriate go-to-market channels. Understands and provides strategic direction on the development and management of new products and solutions, acquisitions and start-up ventures, external partnerships, and cross-sell opportunities to new and existing customers. Collaborates with sales enablement and training, product teams, and communications to connect efforts and commercialize across the business. -Contribution to the overall marketing team Scorecard, to include metrics and measurement. -Provides marketing leadership, guidance, and direction to individual contributors in marketing, graphic design, and product roles within Arise Energy. Includes creating a shared vision, strategic planning, team management and accountability, and oversight and execution of marketing-related tasks. -Develops overarching marketing strategy and execution that focuses on business growth goals and connects all marketing and customer activities across /product marketing efforts. Leverages marketing expertise, relationships, and business acumen to match marketing strategies with business needs. Sets direction and collaborates with branding, legal, regulatory and communication teams for industry and customer events, speaking opportunities, digital strategy, social media amplification and other content and collateral.

What You Bring

-Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels. -MBA preferred. -Ability to effectively plan, focus and execute innovative/creative partnerships preferred. -Demonstrated business-to-business experience. -10 years in Marketing, marketing management, product management, email and campaign management planning or communications. -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. -Exceptional presentation skills required; regularly presents before executive leadership. -Energy industry experience preferred. -Bachelor's degree in marketing. -Goal orientation with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to brand vision and community stewardship preferred. -A proven track record of vision, creative thinking, and coordination of complex programs, including large-scale marketing automation. -Executive presence and broad experience interacting with senior executives. -Ability to lead by example and managing dotted-line direct reports to yield a high-performing team with a shared vision. -Proven leadership, credibility, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster trust, collaborative relationships and influence with sales and leadership. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal ability; tact and diplomacy. -Ability to develop and implement short-and-long-term goals.
