The Role
Overview
Drive direct sales, manage customers, and promote pavement marking equipment in assigned territory

Tasks
-Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. -Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month. -Submit monthly accomplishment report. -Submit expense reports on a timely basis. -Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices. -Champion the direct sales effort in assigned territory. -Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows. -Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information on a monthly basis. -Attend regional sales meetings as needed. -Work with regional team to map and manage the customer base via HubSpot. -Train customers and other personnel in the company's product lines. -Generate direct sales and develop customers within specified territory.

What You Bring
-Must have at least (3) three years capital equipment sales experience. -Ability to meet deadlines, work under time restraints and manage costs and resources required. -Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate computer literacy. -High degree of initiative, enthusiasm and motivation required. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel -Roadway or manufacturing industry knowledge preferred -Ability to work in Mountain and Pacific time zones -(5) Five to ten (10) years of sales experience preferred. -Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. -Must be willing and able to travel 50%, mostly overnight. -Bachelor degree in Business or related field, preferred.
