Tasks

-Lead project meetings, drive performance, and ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards. -Oversee multiple projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and schedule. -Deliver landmark retail and residential projects with high design and stakeholder visibility. -Prepare and maintain project programs, cost reports, risk registers and procurement schedules. -Deliver exceptional outcomes that align with brand and design intent for retail and residential environments. -Manage consultants, contractors, and client relationships to ensure smooth coordination across all project stages.

What You Bring

-Proven track record delivering high-value retail fit-outs, refurbishments or residential/mixed-use developments valued between $10M–$50M. -Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. -Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management, ideally within a client-side consultancy or head-contractor environment. -Sydney-based or willing to relocate, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects autonomously. -Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. -Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or Project Management.
