Tasks

-Prepare and present program progress reports to senior management and stakeholders -Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple programs and initiatives in line with QIC's overall strategy -Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external partners -Monitor program progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives and drive synergies -Develop and implement program governance frameworks to facilitate project success

What You Bring

-Proven experience in leadership roles involving cross-functional collaboration -At least 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on large-scale projects -Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches -Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
