Tasks

-Develop, implement and maintain a Train-the-Trainer program for site specific training resources to ensure effective implementation of training programs and become process experts. -Identify and engage process experts in the development of training courses relevant to Operations processes. Ensuring training is developed based upon best practices across the footprint of Operations. -Update procedures, work instructions and other process documents as required to support continuous improvement and ensure training content is aligned with the process document content. -Develop, maintain, and update company records. -Lead a team of Quality Process Improvement Coordinators and Analysts to help achieve training goals. -Develop, plan, organize, maintain, travel to, lead, and teach employee training for Operations specific processes across the Operations footprint leveraging the latest technology and methodology for training/educating adults.

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience in training adults including developing and implementing training programs. -Bachelor’s degree in related field -Memphis based preferred, other BBNA locations and remote will be considered. -3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing. -Collaborative Partner – Seeks to understand; shares knowledge; builds/uses diverse networks for greater impact; uses a range of skills and approaches to influence others.
