Tasks
-Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics -Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality -Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else! -Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor -Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch. -Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Help people find their dream apartment while making their experience seamless, fun, and stress-free. -Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes -Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred -A natural at building relationships and earning trust. -General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds -Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled -Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required -Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly -Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates -Customer service-savvy with an eye for sales. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
