Tasks

-Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities -Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services -Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures -Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders -Collaborate closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability -Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration -Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross functionally with other departments

What You Bring

-Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively -Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others -Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team -Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus -Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training -Must have a valid driver’s license -Prior leadership in industry
