The Role
Overview
Provide high-level admin support to Group Head, managing diaries, travel & communications

Tasks
-Maintain accurate records, client files, and confidential information. -Handle communications, emails, and calls efficiently, ensuring timely and professional responses. -Coordinate internal and client events, workshops, and business development activities. -Manage complex diaries, travel, and meeting logistics. -Act as a key liaison for internal and external contacts, maintaining strong professional relationships. -Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Group Head and senior team. -Prepare and format documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
