-Connect with new and existing customers to ensure top-notch service and build lasting partnerships. -Maintain organized sales and call reports to track performance and opportunities. -Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and proposals with attention to detail. -Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. -Generate and close leads through cold calling and proactive outreach.

What You Bring

Are you a motivated sales professional with proven shutter or storm protection industry experience, or interested in a career in sales? EMS is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us strengthen customer relationships while driving business growth. -A four-year college degree is preferred. -Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize effectively. -Proven track record in sales and customer service. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus strong math skills. -Shutter or storm protection experience preferred, not required -Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a talent for relationship-building.
