Manage international assignments as main contact for assignees, stakeholders, and vendors.

Tasks

-Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant matter, while ensuring a smooth relocation process for our assignees. -Working closely with the Project worker advisor, the Project worker Coordinators and the rest of the team to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program. -Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day-to-day management of short- and long-term international assignments. -Participating in projects related to Global Mobility in general and International Project worker Assignments specifically. -Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Managing international Project worker assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment.

What You Bring

-Team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills. -Experience of 3-5 years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks at the same time and able to adapt to changing business needs, while maintaining focus on delivering the results within tight deadlines. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. -Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws. -A bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a relevant field, which includes Business Administration, Tax or Law. -Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. -Fluent in English and other European languages are positive.
