Overview

Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Genetec Access Control and CCTV systems.

Tasks

-Provide on-site service support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Access Control and CCTV systems. -Maintain proper service documentation, including checklists, maintenance reports, and system health reports. -Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during service and maintenance activities. -Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues. -Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and ensure timely communication of service updates. -Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in Genetec, CCTV, and Access Control systems. -Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime as per SLA commitments. -Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration changes as required.

What You Bring

-Sound understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, and servers). -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Access Control and CCTV Systems. -Ability to interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and device configuration details. -Willingness to travel to various customer sites as per service requirements. -Certification: Must be Genetec Certified (mandatory). -Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. -Strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center software and IP-based CCTV systems. -Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams. -Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
