Tasks

-Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements -Manage a team of accounting managers and accountants to deliver required reporting and outcomes -Oversee and manage general ledger activities ensuring accuracy and compliance -Supervise finance staff and oversee daily accounting operations -Support project accounting including tracking and reporting of project costs. -Support and embed the implementation of Workday as the ERP of the US business -Assist in financial statement audit and preparation of audit materials by the team -Develop new reporting suitable for the business to aid in decision making -Lead the month-end close process including preparation and review of journal entries and financial reports. -Prepare month end reporting to assess financial performance, presenting to management and FP&A -Perform and review account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.

What You Bring

-Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, Financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite), ERP systems and financial modeling tools. -Experience in multi-business unit corporations or complex organizational structures. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience in public accounting (Big 4 a plus). -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or CPA highly preferred. -Proven leadership experience with high integrity and trust. -Strong understanding of ERP systems -7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting
