What You Bring

-Must be willing to relocate within the territory of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Excellent sales and customer service skills. -Must be able to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment. -Shift differential (if applicable). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Willingness to work out of town up to 75% of the time during training period and travel throughout Carter’s territory. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Must be able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. -Must have an excellent driving record. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
