Tasks

-Provide overall support for an innovative and sustainable data centre campus development in Singapore -Actively contribute and participate in driving/co-driving key strategic initiatives and in developing business or investment cases (including but not limited to new market entry, partnerships, decarbonisation/renewables etc) -Prepare briefing papers and presentations materials for management, potential partners and customers -Mentor and guide junior team members where necessary -Drives data centre development projects in Singapore and overseas -Conduct market research / scanning and be up to date with industry developments in key identified markets -Involve in sustainability efforts to decarbonize new and existing data centres, including working with renewable energy and low carbon energy providers -Support end-to-end investment process, including origination, deal evaluation, commercial viability, financial analysis and modelling, negotiations, due diligence, and execution -Support ad-hoc initiatives as required

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Environmental Engineering or equivalent -Good business acumen to be able to negotiate and structure deals. Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders. -Ability to conduct financial, commercial and risk analyses of business opportunities. -Minimum 8 to 12 years relevant working experience in business development, real estate, infrastructure, investment banking, renewables, or M&A. Experience in data centres or energy-related industries is a plus. -Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, driving and executing initiatives under pressure and tight deadlines. -Willing to travel as required -Good communication and writing skills. Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
