  • Support electronic punch list tracking, ensure compliance with GDP, and act as Turnover Engineer when required.
  • Manage and coordinate turnover activities, including walkdowns, punch list tracking, test pack reviews, and preparation of Turnover and Handover Dossiers.
  • Liaise with different teams, commissioning, and end users to ensure timely sign-offs, documentation accuracy, and readiness for system handover.
  • Lead the turnover of mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural systems from construction to commissioning or business operations, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements.
  • Chair weekly turnover meetings, issue progress reports, and analyze performance metrics such as punch list closure rates and documentation quality.
