Support electronic punch list tracking, ensure compliance with GDP, and act as Turnover Engineer when required.
Manage and coordinate turnover activities, including walkdowns, punch list tracking, test pack reviews, and preparation of Turnover and Handover Dossiers.
Liaise with different teams, commissioning, and end users to ensure timely sign-offs, documentation accuracy, and readiness for system handover.
Lead the turnover of mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural systems from construction to commissioning or business operations, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements.
