Coordinate tender documents and manage bid submissions for data centre projects.

Tasks

-Prepare content to include in bid submission: working with estimating team, design manager and graphic designer to compile a successful tender document. -Work with the Bid Manager to continuously update and improve this database to enhance the efficiency of future proposal development -Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimise efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals -Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions -Coordinate the different elements of the tender document by communicating with various contacts across the business to gather draft information for review by Bid Manager. -Collaborate with our graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion as necessary

What You Bring

-Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals -Attention to detail even when working in a fast paced, demanding environment -Ability to work on own initiative, proactive and committed to assignment completion -Proficiency in InDesign is desirable but not essential -3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally a construction or engineering environment -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) is essential -Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs. -Excellent written communication, time management and organisational skills
