Tasks
-Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team -Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Management Assistant in contract/project administration and management, which may include the following: preparation of pre-contractual and contractual documents, price proposals, fee/task proposals, funds reallocation requests, and other project-related documentation for submission to clients -Coordinate conference planning activities for the PA/OH Region -Continuously track and monitor multiple contracts/projects and budgets -Coordinate career fair attendance, registrations and logistics for PA/OH Region -Utilize Power BI project reports for contract and task performance and budget tracking -Facilitate management and coordination of project’s subconsultants and in-house support disciplines -Coordinate regular updates of workload projections with project managers and regional leaders -Track and review subconsultant agreements and contract renewals -Generate Summary Reports for the PA/OH Region monthly meetings -Assist with meeting preparations, logistics and development of meeting minutes and action items -Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Management Assistant and Accounting & Finance Department to communicate the status of action items

What You Bring
-Proficient written and verbal communication skills -Strong work ethic -Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment -Associate's degree or a Four-Year degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field is heavily preferred -Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team -8-10 years of relevant experience is required -Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies -High School Diploma required -Some leadership and supervisory skills
