  • Act as a technical consultant to the product organization and lead research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products
  • Lead major releases, ensure feature enhancements, and respond to customer requests
  • Assist in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases
  • Deliver products by managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development
  • Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap

  • Experience acting as a technical consultant to the product organization, leading research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products
  • Experience acting as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements
  • Experience in product delivery, managing schedules, and tasks related to all aspects of product development
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
  • Experience ensuring the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap
  • A minimum of 7 years of high-tech industry, product engineering, and/or IT work experience, including experience with managing team(s) responsible for software and hardware design, engineering, and development functions
  • Experience assisting in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field, OR equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience leading major releases, ensuring feature enhancements, and responding to customer requests
  • Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluating product performance, and transitioning products from development to commercialization
  • Experience managing research and developing activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products
