Tasks

-Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with candidates and potential clients. -Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. -Make several phone calls daily, including both warm and cold leads. -Identify new sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling within existing & new accounts. -Work as part of our team to achieve company and client goals simultaneously. -Potentially travel to trade shows as needed, on behalf of Delta. -Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads. -Responsible for updating ATS system daily with accurate information.

What You Bring

Executive Recruiter Qualifications -Must be well-spoken with great communication skills, both written and verbally. -Proficient with Microsoft Office. -1+ years of recruitment experience required, construction recruitment/account management preferred. -Must be computer literate with great typing skills and data entry experience. -Must be authorized to work in the U.S. -Local to our headquarters in Clearwater, FL. -Must be extremely comfortable making outbound calls. This position requires the professional to have strong phone sales/marketing skill sets and experience. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, however NOT Required.
