The Role

Overview

Tasks

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. -Provide first-class customer service. -Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business. -Follow up on quotations and enquiries. -Direct communication with MD/CEO and staff satisfaction surveys. -Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence. -Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports.

What You Bring

-Experience as a Hire Controller or similar in the hire industry is a distinct advantage. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload. -IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). -Strong attention to detail -Ability to work effectively under pressure. -Able to multi task and prioritise a busy workload -Thorough, methodical approach. -Expert time manager. -Strong attention to detail. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Previous hire controller experience is preferred -IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
