Overview
Operate machines & tools to produce concrete ties at Nortrak in Cheyenne.

Tasks
-* Clean up production area regularly. -* Read and follow the production schedule. -* Use hands and arms to operate tools, handle materials, and reach for the duration of your required scheduled shift. -* Maintain and operate with hand and power tools like saw, flipping station, casting machine, stressing system, utility tractor, overhead cranes and, hydraulic lifts, forklifts and cranes. -* Prepare and handle production templates throughout the production process. -* Adhere to Nortrak's Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies.

What You Bring
-* Regularly lift and carry 30--35 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. -Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and pushing, pulling, or lifting objects for the duration of your required schedule shift. -* Experience in construction industry is a plus. -* Able to work with little supervision. -* Knowledge of operating operate with hand and power tools such as, saw, flipping station, casting machine, stressing system, utility tractor, overhead cranes and, hydraulic lifts. -* Ability to read work orders, ITP's, blueprints, rulers and tape measures. -* Hearing abilities necessary to perform job tasks safely and effectively. -* ACI experience or certification preferred. -* PCI experience or certification preferred. -Prestressed concrete setup. -* Basic mathematical calculation experience in adding and subtracting whole numbers, fractions and decimals. -High School graduate or GED preferred. -* Experience in Forklift and Crane operations preferred. -* Ability to work effectively in teams. -* Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
