What You Bring

-Experience in electrical auditing or surveying within the social housing sector. -City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing. -Strong understanding of housing compliance frameworks and resident safety obligations. -NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. -Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. -Recognised as a competent person by NICEIC. -Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
