Overview
Analyze reward data, administer benefits/pensions, support compensation strategy and compliance.

Tasks
-Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders and external vendors on administration, reporting, and analysis -Support the Head of Reward with data analysis, benchmarking, and insights to ensure Aramark’s reward structures are competitive and aligned with business objectives. -Manage administration of a portfolio of DC pension schemes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. -Support the roll out of pension auto enrolment. -Provide support and guidance to the internal stakeholders on Reward best practice, guidelines, policies and procedures -Conduct job evaluations and support job grading processes, ensuring transparency and equity across roles. -Managing Benefit in Kind on the Company car fleet -Administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, Pension schemes and Life assurance. -Drive Reward projects and participate in wider HR initiatives as required -Compile and analyse compliance processes and reporting, e.g., Gender Pay Gap, Remco admin prep

What You Bring
-Highly competent in reward practices – specifically job architecture, pay range design, benchmarking, salary and bonus scheme administration etc. -DC pension administration experience in a brokerage, consultancy, or financial services firm. -Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality in this role -Exceptional analytical skills and super-user of excel as well as HR Technology – SuccessFactors experience is an advantage -Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams -Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization and the ability to synthesize technical material into easily understood language -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data or a related area -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, emphasis on strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow-up skills
