Matchday Security Supervisor (Casual)

Overview

Lead and supervise security team at Turf Moor stadium during matchdays and events.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Leading by example in customer service and professional standards -Liaising with the client’s Safety Officer and attending pre-event briefings -Managing search teams for persons and bags at entry points -Responding to crowd management issues and security incidents -Acting as the dedicated radio holder for your zone or sector

What You Bring

-Reliable, flexible, and committed to working at least 75% of home fixtures -Prior supervisory experience within events or stadiums -At least 18 years of age -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification or willingness to achieve this (funded) -Smart, professional appearance -Shift Expectation: Must be available for a minimum of 75% of all fixtures -Previous security or stewarding experience -Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence -Willingness to work at other Carlisle venues such as Huddersfield Town, Headingly, Manchester Central, Anfield Stadium and M&S Bank Arena
