Tasks

-Provide guidance across the stakeholder community to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and deliver business value. -Monitor and manage job schedules for data extraction and provide fixes for any failed schedules/jobs, create and deploy custom extractors and support and maintain process chain monitoring. -Ensure the delivery of consistent, well documented and supportable reporting and analytics solutions. -Employ technical, analytical and customer service skills to specify, design, implement, test, deploy and maintain SAP BW based solutions that support business intelligence requirements. -Develop, enhance, and maintain data models in SAP BW/4HANA, including InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views and Calculation Views, CDS Views. -Work with the Reporting & Analytics Manager to promote a culture of data literacy and strong governance across all Innospec’s global sites. -Maintain and support corporate BW reporting and analytics solutions including SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud using accepted best practices based on business requirements. -Data modelling and design using SAP BW Tools (SFIA level 3/4 equivalent). -Support the development, exploitation and evolution of the Innospec BW and SAP Analytics Cloud platforms. -Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across SAP BW and SAC environments. -Optimize performance of queries and dashboards for a smooth end-user experience. -Design and implement SAC stories and dashboards to support business requirements across departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations). -Work on your own initiative, handling competing demands and meet tight deadlines on various projects.

Innospec are seeking an experienced SAP BI & Analytics Specialist to help maintain, develop and support our reporting and analytics solutions across SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in delivery high-quality insights that drive informed decision making across the business. -SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience. -Proven expertise in Business Intelligence at an advanced level (SFIA level 3/4 equivalent). -A pragmatic approach to problem solving with the ability to think quickly and deliver against strict deadlines, while often working on several issues simultaneously. -Hands-on experience with SAP BW (3+ years). -Strong experience in data visualization with the ability to present complex data in actionable formats (SFIA level 3/4 equivalent). -Demonstrable understanding of BI best practices. -Strong time management and excellent organisational skills. -Degree in Business Administration, Analytics or a scientific discipline. -Articulate and fluent communicator with a high level of written English, the ability to present complex information in plain, understandable language. -Experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) data modelling, SAP Data Extraction processes, SAP Process Chains, and SAP Analysis for Office.
