Oversee construction of Trachte buildings, manage crew, read blueprints, ensure safety

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Adheres to and promotes nVent/Trachte's quality and safety programs. -Coaches, trains, and mentors team members. -Plans ahead and communicates with appropriate parties on what material is needed. -Ensures all team members have appropriate tools. -Framing, installing interior liner panel, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units. -Represents Trachte with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees. -Reads and interprets blueprints and assigns tasks to team members based on skill sets.
