Overview

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using SAP at Birkenhead site.

Tasks

-Track and report on maintenance KPIs, maintaining document control and driving efficiency through backlog reduction and process optimisation. -Support Reliability, Engineering, and Production teams with service entry sheets, documentation, and workflow improvements in SAP and FIORI. -Assess and scope work requests to create, prioritise, and manage work orders effectively. -Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and promote safe work practices. -Use the SAP CMMS system to plan, coordinate, and schedule both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills, including document control and process writing. -Knowledge of rotable spares processes and ability to apply failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) for continuous improvement. -Solid understanding of asset management principles (ISO 55000), risk management, and safety management systems. -Proven experience using CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP and FIORI, with strong computer skills across the Microsoft Suite (including Project). -Demonstrated weekly, shutdown, and offline planning/scheduling experience within a maintenance or operational environment.
