Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, supporting sales and operations.

-Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective manner -Update the in house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customer -Provide an excellent customer experience by following company processes -Complete refund authorisation if required -Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries -Deal with complaints and escalate when required
