The Role

Overview

Manage credit, AR, and collections while supporting financial operations.

Tasks

-Host daily meetings to resolve credit hold concerns from other departments -Work with other departments and research issues to facilitate resolution -Collect payments from portfolio, being persistent when necessary -Monitor AR inbox for unresolved issues needing resolution or escalation -Process credit card payments -Accurately complete entries for new customer setup -Use Excel & conduct research to analyze & assess creditworthiness of accounts -Handle refund requests, credit memo requests, audit requests, proof of insurance requests, adjustments -Prepare and record accounts receivable cash receipts -Review, process, input and post invoices to the system -Release and implement credit holds according to policy and good judgment

What You Bring

-Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus. -3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, billing, or accounts receivable. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field a plus. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced in Excel. -Top Skills Needed: Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Organization, Problem-Solving, Written & Verbal Communication -Use advanced Excel to monitor KPIs and update dashboards
