  • S’assurer que les conducteurs respectent les directives et les politiques de l’entreprise et intervenir auprès d’eux au besoin;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes reliées au poste d'inspecteur.
  • Assurer une bonne fluidité des navettes sur le site aéroportuaire;
  • Assurer une bonne coordination entre les navettes d’un même circuit pour qu’elles tournent comme un carrousel;

Requirements

class 2 license

  • Bonne habileté de communication (oral et écrit);
  • Modifier temporairement les circuits en collaboration avec le client lors de chantiers routiers, de fermeture de routes ou de bris;
  • Expérience dans le domaine du transport (atout);
  • Français et anglais fonctionnel;
  • Poste permanent, 40 heures/semaine.
  • Approche orientée vers le client;
  • Permis de conduire classe 2 mention F
  • Vérifier le bon déroulement des circuits aéroportuaires
  • Rédiger divers types de rapports;
  • Traiter les plaintes provenant de la clientèle, trouver les correctifs à y apporter et en faire le suivi;
  • Autonomie, initiative et fermeté;
  • Être à l’écoute des conversations des divers intervenants à l’aide du système de communication radio et intervenir au besoin;
