Tasks

-Maintain reference files of state (CMRs) and federal regulations (CFRs) needed by staff -Assist project engineers in preparation of specifications and advise design team on constructability of designs -Assist in maintaining the company library to include: -Maintain master specifications, updating as needed -Represent Weston & Sampson during relevant public engagement opportunities -Purchase all technical books and publications -Assist in proposal preparation, maintain relationships with clients, and conduct other business development related tasks -Review all specifications prepared by technical staff for consistency, format, and technical correctness -Maintain standard drafting details by working with the Quality and Design Technology management team -Provide technical advice during design and construction to ensure work quality

What You Bring

-BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering -Strong understanding of technical disciplines commonly utilized by subconsultants -5+ years of experience in consulting engineering or construction management -Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team -Proven track record of technical competence and familiarity with construction specifications
