You’ll also need to proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies, attending multi-agency meetings as required. You'll need to undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighbourhoods for which appropriate mileage will be paid.
For this position you will need have access to your own transport full time so a full UK driving license is essential.
We are looking for great team players with knowledge and experience of the various tools and powers available to us to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour, and excellent communication skills to manage complex safeguarding cases and support victims of domestic abuse.
We have an agile working approach with an expectation colleagues work together at an office 2 days per week, with flexibility for community-based roles.
You'll be working on a challenging and varied case load. No two days in this post will be the same as you'll respond to a range of safeguarding issues, tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting victims of domestic abuse and progressing legal matters through the court process.
