Tasks

-Maintains and performs preventative maintenance on machines and related systems. -Attend required training as deemed necessary by job duties, Training, Operations, Safety, etc. -Learn and become conversant with all Frank’s philosophies, policies, and procedures including safety, quality, operational, and environmental training. -Assists supervisor in machining adjustments and operational improvements. -Records machine data for reporting and record-keeping purposes. -Prepares documents as required to perform inventory or audit. -Contacts supervisory personnel when raw product, events or finished products are not conforming to required standards. -Maintains strict tolerance requirements in the manufacture of parts. -Confers and corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. -Operates equipment used with lathes and mills to quality assurance specifications. -Computes amounts of workload capacity and running time.

Requirements

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Ability to read and understand blueprints. -1+ years’ experience with computer numbered controlled (CNC) machines.
