Tasks

-Drive standardization and alignment with businesses and functions -Establish KPIs and benchmarks to monitor global process performance -Manage the global process through establishment of process councils with all stakeholders – including both implementation phase teams and business as usual teams -Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation -Collaboration with accounting and finance teams -Serve as a process expert in their respective area -Analyze requests for process changes, balancing business requirements and process efficiency -Develop, build, maintain, and own end-to-end global business processes using Signavio,a business process transformation tool

What You Bring

-Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication -5+ years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge -Previous accounting or finance experience -Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 10% of the time -Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline -Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required -Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
