-Support the design and prototyping of conversational flows, chatbots, and voice interfaces -Apply systems thinking and human-centered design principles to conversational experiences -Analyze and connect qualitative and quantitative insights from user interactions with conversational systems -Participate in team critiques, documentation, and design operations -Document current conversational experiences, pain points, and workflows in AI-powered interfaces -Collaborate with designers, analysts, and product managers to create future-state journeys for AI and conversational products

-Passion for systems thinking and human-centered design -Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2027 -Knowledge of UX and CX approaches, especially in conversational or AI-driven contexts -Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, etc) or similar -Familiarity with prototyping tools for chatbots or voice interfaces -Prior projects working on service design or conversational experiences
