-Ensuring accurate pipeline management, and to ensure all opportunities are being followed through. -Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships -Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary. -Organisation and diary management -Responsibly manage a customer-base within a set region and continue to develop growth

What You Bring
Skills and Competencies needed for the Account Executive role Please note that full and permanent right to work in the UK is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. This employer is unable to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing -Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively. -Experience of working with CRM sales tools and processes and a ERP system would be beneficial. -Self-motivated and driven -Excellent telephone manner when consulting with potential customers -Ability to build relationships -Ability to understand customers current product and offer them the best possible solution -Customer service and problem-solving skills -Information gathering, negotiation skills and open questioning -Order closing skills
