Tasks

-Assists in managing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems -Maintains and updates technical documents and procedures -Provides support to the organization utilizing knowledge of applications, system level software, user security and general computing applications -Assists the support team utilizing basic knowledge of applications, system-level software, user security and general computing applications -Identifies and resolves technical issues and support users -Develops scripts, dashboards, reporting, and applications for support -Participates in the development, execution, and monitoring of scheduled system processes -Applies company policies & procedures to resolve routine issues -Assists in managing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's system -Executes and monitors scheduled system processes -May deliver training to teams within the business -Applies company policies & procedures to resolve mostly routine issues -Assists the support team in resolving technical issues
